Chrome for Diversely-Abled Learners
In this workshop we will explore some of the ways in which we promote creativity and self-expression whilst at the same time building solid IT and academic skills. Workshop participants will have a chance to gain hands-on experience with various tools and we will also discuss/debate Project-Based Learning which is the methodology which we use at Inanda for Global Studies.
Presenter Bio
Nontokozo Thango is a Global Studies and English teacher at Inanda Seminary (having attended as a student and worked as an intern). She is a Google Certified Level 1 Educator. She uses a student-centered approach to teaching and learning and believes that learning is largely from within. She is passionate about teacher training as well as language and technology education for girls.
